As an HR Technology Advisor, you'll be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, integration and support of recruiting technology-based solutions to maximize HR Talent Acquisition processes and service effectiveness. This Partner will support end users with A+ service levels and demonstrate a natural curiosity for learning more about recruiting platforms. 'Partner-owned' means our most important resources--People--drive the innovation, growth, and success that make H-E-B The Greatest Omnichannel Retailing Company.Do you have a:HEART FOR PEOPLE... willingness to work in a team environment?HEAD FOR BUSINESS... technical / working knowledge of HR systems and processes?PASSION FOR RESULTS... curious and self-directed?We are looking for:- 3+ years of related experience in configuring, managing and maintaining recruitment platforms- ATS, Interview Tech, etc. What is the work?Information Technology:- Performs duties as primary owner of two or more technology modules- Designs / implements enhancements and other system changes to improve use and performance of the system- Applies understanding of configuration options; collaborates with process owners to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements- Recommends / pushes necessary cloud enhancements through vendor customer community- Maintains relationships with HR business units to translate needs into technology solutions- Coordinates with multiple areas to implement cross-departmental process or technology changes- Informs team of upcoming cloud release offerings; analyzes offering; plans / implements activating release- Stays current on evolving HR technologies; develops strategies and tactics for implementation- Competently performs Assoc Technology Advisor dutiesAnalytics:- Performs data analysis, as needed- Researches / troubleshoots / resolves issues arising in the production system, including data inconsistencies and incidents - Defines / builds / delivers reportingWhat is your background?- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience- 3+ years of experience in a technology area- Experience in Workday Recruiting and other Applicant Tracking Systems- Experience configuring cloud-based software (SAAS)Do you have what it takes to be a fit as an HR Technology Advisor at H-E-B?- Strong technical / working knowledge of system of primary responsibility, and multiple HR processes- Advanced Excel skills- Strong communication skills- Strong analytical and project management skills- Strong organization and time-management skills- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between projects / tasks; attention to detail- Ability to work in a team environment- Ability to think in an end-to-end process mindset- Flexibility amidst changing demands and prioritiesCan you...- Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment- Travel by car or plane with overnight stays- Work extended hours; sit for extended periods
