Responsibilities
- Lead efforts for growth and expansion of retail marketing.
- Research and approach potential retail location partners.
- Look for areas of opportunities for potential partnerships.
- Actively participate in recruiting efforts and refer potential teammates.
- Lead new hire classes and ongoing training sessions with team.
- Conduct weekly meetings with mid-level management and any in office teammates.
- Create monthly and yearly goals and plans for number of retail locations, leads booked, leads issued, Hours per Demo (HPD), set rate, and more.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a management/leadership role require.
- Excellent team relations.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Exceptional leadership skills and ability to manage a large team.
- Knowledgeable with a tactful and diplomatic approach to tasks at hand.
- Must be able to organize & prioritize responsibilities.
- Ability to adapt well and accept or give feedback in a changing environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be willing to travel to applicable retail locations as well as multiple office locations.

Pay: around $100,000 - $150,000 a year
Salary is a combination $55,000 base pay + performance based monthly bonus.
