Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee electrical projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
- Schedule tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site inspections to assess project progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to discuss project requirements and updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation and construction phases.
- Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices in electrical systems and safety practices.
- Proven experience as an Electrician Foreman or in a similar leadership role in the electrical field.
- Valid electrical license in the state of operation with a strong understanding of electrical code and regulations.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
