Who You Are
- BS /MS degree in Computer Science, or a related field
- Must have strong SQL skills.
- 5 + years of experience in data engineering with a focus on data warehousing.
- Strong Experience with Databricks and managing large scale data processing environments.
- Strong Expertise in AWS services, including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda and Cloud Formation.
- Proficiency in Python for data engineering and scripting tasks.
- Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tools (e.g.: Apache Spark, ETL processes)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (Git, Jenkins)
