Your Role:
Your leadership will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of your Subway restaurant. You will create an environment that fosters excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and a passion for fresh food. As a General Manager, you will lead your team to maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety while ensuring guest satisfaction is always prioritized.

- Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor your team, building a culture of engagement and teamwork.

- Inventory Management: Maintain stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory effectively.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of management experience in the food service industry, preferably in quick-service restaurants.

- Financial Acumen: Understanding of restaurant financials, including budgeting and profit and loss statements.
