This position will run for roughly 2 weeks and could lead to additional opportunities available during spring break and summer camps.
Note: Applicants under the age of 18 will be classified as Junior Camp Counselors and will not lead their own group of students independently.
As a Camp Instructor, your responsibilities include leading a group of 8-10 campers, collaborating with your team to bring our weekly themes and activities to life, and participating in daily setup, cleanup, and other assigned duties. You will make a meaningful impact on the lives of kids, serving as one of the coolest role models they’ll have this year. This role requires professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to creating positive and lasting memories for every camper.
You are more than just a counselor—you are a superhero brought to life! Campers will learn from your habits, words, and actions. While you’ll be playing games, being silly, leading crafts, and going on field trips, your true mission is to build relationships, establish trust, and guide kids in their emotional, physical, and social growth. You’ll uphold the same high standards for yourself that you expect from your campers.
Using a planned curriculum, you’ll engage with your group each day, creating a fun and interactive experience instead of simply supervising. You’ll give your best every day, ensuring that the kids we serve create positive memories to last a lifetime!
