Job Summary:
We’re seeking a strategic and driven Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive the growth of our brand. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in web analytics, SEO, and the use of marketing tools such as Zendesk, Hubspot, Constant Contact, and ChatGPT/AI tools. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader eager to define and execute a comprehensive marketing vision while engaging in day-to-day initiatives. This position requires supervisory experience and the ability to mentor team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
- Build and lead the marketing team, establishing goals, managing performance, and fostering a collaborative and high-output environment.
- Assume responsibilities from the current marketing lead, supporting a seamless transition and facilitating team growth.
Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute a clear marketing strategy aligned with company goals and evolving industry trends, particularly in AI-driven marketing.
- Act as a “player-coach,” leading by example with hands-on work, while setting strategic direction and motivating team performance.
Innovation & Emerging Technology Integration
- Identify and analyze emerging tech trends in AI, IoT, and digital platforms, anticipating industry changes.
- Create a structured approach to testing, adopting, and integrating new technologies to ensure minimal disruption.
- Lead AI-driven solutions for client engagement and internal process automation, enhancing personalization, productivity, and efficiency.
- Foster partnerships with tech vendors, startups, and research institutions to remain on the cutting edge of industry advancements.
Collaboration & Customer Engagement
- Work with sales and engineering teams to develop tailored presentations and marketing materials for both prospective and existing clients.
- Facilitate alignment across departments to ensure marketing efforts reinforce overall business objectives.
Marketing Campaigns & Content Creation
- Develop and implement outbound marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality content across all platforms.
- Manage weekly communications with clients, focusing on timely, accurate, and goal-aligned content.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, collecting feedback to refine future strategies.
Web Analytics & SEO Management
- Oversee and optimize SEO efforts, monitoring metrics and applying best practices to enhance web presence.
- Leverage data from tools like Zendesk, Hubspot, Constant Contact, Lyris, Google AdWords, and ChatGPT to generate insights that inform strategy.
- Stay current with new marketing tools to enhance client engagement and campaign effectiveness.
Website & Catalog Management
- Maintain and update the company website and product catalog, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
- Monitor and improve website performance, implementing strategies to boost user experience and traffic.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a balance of strategic insight and hands-on expertise.
- Proven experience in team management, leading marketing campaigns, and making data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with digital tools and content management platforms, including Zendesk, Hubspot, Constant Contact, and ChatGPT.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Advanced knowledge of SEO principles and user experience design.
