As an Instructional Designer, you'll work with Business Leaders and subject matter experts and leverage innovative design methods to create engaging learning solutions that meet the needs of learners and the business.

- Fluency in ADDIE instructional design methodology and practical application
- Proficiency in development tools such as the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of tools, Articulate 360, Vyond, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, results-oriented hybrid work environment
What is the work?Design & Development / Project Management:- Applies design thinking and analytics to create personalized learning experiences that meet target audience needs and achieve business results; creates / modifies training solutions, including digital, video, paper-based, on-the-job, classroom training, and knowledge assessments- Facilitates needs analysis to identify business objectives and understand target audience- Aligns cross-functional project teams and resources to meet project and business goals- Develops / executes project plans; meets quality, cost, and schedule expectations- Leverages appropriate measurement and evaluation strategies- Consults on development tools and processes to foster innovation and efficiency- Analyzes characteristics / benefits of existing and emerging technologies, including digital, blended, and informal learning- Participates in / facilitates internal skill-building
- Stay current on modern learning modalities, best practices, and emerging technology
- Continually examine current practice to influence improvements and simplification
- Perform course maintenance and development on an effective schedule
