TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER
THE ROLE:
In this high-profile role, you will be the overall program leader for key engineering initiatives from concept to execution. You will work across all of engineering and business to meet overall initiative and/or product objectives. In this role you will be leading the post silicon validation debugs for high speed I/O designs.

The right candidate will have solid knowledge of technical program management, an outstanding track record of addressing technical issues, and will also drive schedules for product planning through initial production. The ideal candidate will have :

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive silicon validation and debug activities.
- Create plans for IP validation execution.
- Establish deliverable requirements, milestones, and metrics.
- Track execution progress.
- Determine and align schedules with peer groups and internal customers.
- Implement change control and issue management processes.
- Coordinate with SOC, platform, and ATE validation teams on plans and execution.
- Provide status and issue updates to internal managers and program leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Extensive experience in SoC microarchitecture and semiconductors
- Experience in analog and mixed signal design would be preferred
- Familiar with high-speed I/O technologies and protocols
- IP or SOC design or validation background preferred.
- Knowledge of tools of the trade; Office365, issue ticket systems, web-based collaborative tools such as JIRA and Confluence
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
