Management / Administration:- Serves in a float position responsible for day-to-day operations in one or two clinics- Manages / ensures all clinical compliance process development, maintenance, staff training, etc.- Ensures 100% execution of clinic strategy; ensures all processes are executed correctly (referrals, resources, programs, etc.)- Monitors / oversees overall clinic success metrics, including patient satisfaction, efficiency metrics, and health care effectiveness data and information (HEDIS) scores- Creates / maintains clinic schedules; ensures coverage during hours of operation; manages day-to-day HR issues (performance, training, development, etc.)- Works directly with Medical Director on an on-going basis to ensure alignment on schedules and operations- Serves as liaison (boots on the ground) for H-E-B Wellness Primary Care- Travels to attend corporate meetings- Resolves / escalates all patient issues to appropriate party- Performs operational tasks; handles building infrastructure issues, vendors, etc.What is your background?- Bachelors degree; MHA or MBA a plus- 5+ years of experience- Experience managing a clinic practiceDo you have what it takes to be a fit as a Manager WPC Ops at H-E-B?- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and issue-resolution skills- Strong verbal / written communication skills- Strong skills in electronic health record systems- Strong organization and follow-through skills; attention to detail- Strong administrative skills; strong PC skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)- Analytical / data reporting skills- Bilingual skills (English - Spanish) a plus- Ability to attend corporate meetings, travel, etc.- Ability to work an estimated 50-hour work week- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and shift focus between tasks- Ability to apply good judgment and logic in performing duties, and responding to customer needsCan you - - Function in a fast-paced clinic / office environment- Sit / stand for extended periods- Regularly lift up to 20 lbs- Maintain required continuing medical education
