About eStore Operations Product Team
The eStore Product team is responsible for the technology that powers our Curbside business. Our tools help our Partners fulfill Customer orders efficiently, accurately, and simply.
Role Description:
As a Senior Product Manager, eStore Operations, you’ll own and drive one or more large and complex product initiatives from idea to delivery and iteration. In this role, you will identify, define, analyze, and prioritize building software that delivers on key business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders to cultivate a deep understanding of their needs, opportunities, and pain points. You will translate those needs into technology Initiatives and drive the product development lifecycle with our cross-functional collaborators to release software that impacts the business and our Partners.

What is the work?
- Managing complex technical products or services
- Owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition for technical products or services
- Working in an agile/scrum environment
- Contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a technical product or service.
- Brainstorming/facilitation of vague ideas and turning them into concrete specs while collaborating with engineering and design teams
- Working closely with data management/data science
- Navigating a large enterprise with cross-collaboration with big teams.
What is your background?
- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
- 5+ years of experience in product management or technology consulting
- Experience successfully working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
- Software development or previous engineering experience is a plus.
- Previous experience with defining and building core platform capabilities to enable scale, security, reliability, maintainability, stability, and predictability, a plus
- Speedy and excellent data visualization and presentation skills are a plus.
- Prior experience at a major grocery retailer or building software for fulfillment is a plus.
