There's way more to H-E-B than our 400+ Stores. To support our manufacturing and warehouse campus locations, the H-E-B Industrial Facility Services team provides maintenance, repair, and construction in ammonia refrigeration, plant utilities, automated systems, and building services.
As an IP Process Manager, you’ll develop process and project requirements, implementation strategies and best practices to improve and/or stand-up new programs in the Industrial Properties department.

THE WORK
Project Management
- Manages projects focused on solving existing opportunities in the Industrial Properties organization.
- Ensures projects are on schedule, high quality, meets the department goals, and drives value for the business.
- Leads collaboration with other business areas and client groups to translate complex business needs into solutions.
- Defines and documents the current and future operational scenarios and define and document future scope.
- Works with key stakeholders to define and implement initial project delivery.
- Leads collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define future run state to ensure program sustainability.
- Defines KPIs to measure program effectiveness.
- Creates and disseminates all project status updates and reports.
Process Improvement
- Provides support for the continuous improvement process in IP for assigned projects.
- Leads collaboration for complex process creation and improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with multiple partners to determine process success criteria.
- Assists with technology reviews and evaluations in support of process requirements.
- Effectively works with all areas of MWT and the broader organization where required.
- Assists in creating the future org structure requirements to support the new processes.
- Future budget creation calling out projected savings & controls where applicable.
PREFERRED BACKGROUND
- Bachelor’s degree related to Business, Supply Chain, or Project Management preferred.
- Related relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 4+ years relevant experience.
- Project management experience a plus.
- Process improvement and/or continuous improvement experience a plus.
SKILLS
- Project management skills.

- Experience with financial and organizational tools (excel, smartsheets etc) a plus.
