We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated P&C Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. As a Sales Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales goals. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
Present and sell a range of P&C insurance products (home, auto, commercial, etc.) to meet client requirements.
Provide tailored insurance solutions and quotes that match client needs and budgets.
Follow up on leads and close sales in a timely manner.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Educate clients on the benefits of insurance products, policies, and claims procedures.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, policy changes, and competitor offerings.
Manage and track sales pipeline and customer interactions using CRM software.
Collaborate with the agency’s team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Previous experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services (but not required).Strong desire to succeed and a high level of motivation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build rapport with clients quickly and effectively.Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).Property & Casualty Insurance licenses are preferred or must be obtained upon hiring (training will be provided).
