We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated P&C Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. As a Sales Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Present and sell a range of P&C insurance products (home, auto, commercial, etc.) to meet client requirements.
- Provide tailored insurance solutions and quotes that match client needs and budgets.
- Follow up on leads and close sales in a timely manner.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Educate clients on the benefits of insurance products, policies, and claims procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, policy changes, and competitor offerings.
- Manage and track sales pipeline and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the agency’s team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Previous experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services (but not required).Strong desire to succeed and a high level of motivation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build rapport with clients quickly and effectively.Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).Property & Casualty Insurance licenses are preferred or must be obtained upon hiring (training will be provided).
