This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you'll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We invite you to come innovate with mentors who will challenge you to develop meaningful skills. You'll contribute your creativity and outstanding ideas, while working alongside T-Mobile employees. We'll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.

What It's Like

The Brand Design team at T-Mobile leads the creative vision and execution of the T-Mobile Design System. We work across all consumer-facing touchpoints, maintaining the integrity and innovation of our T-Mobile Master Brand Guidelines, Brand Book, and campaign messaging toolkits. We're a close-knit group of creatives dedicated to making impactful brand experiences that engage and inspire our audience.

What You'll Do

As a Brand Creative Copywriting Intern, you'll support the team in crafting captivating, on-brand campaign copy that resonates with our audience. You'll dive into projects that bring our brand's voice to life across multiple platforms and contribute to how we communicate with consumers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop engaging copy for brand campaigns across various channels, including social media and digital platforms.
Share and present your work to creative leadership, refining your ideas based on feedback and gaining experience in articulating your creative process.
Contribute to developing and maintaining brand copywriting tools and resources, supporting our team in producing consistent, high-quality content.

What It Takes

A curiosity about writing and a passion for creative expression.
A strong interest in marketing, especially social media.
An ability to think creatively and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

Minimum Qualifications

At least 18 years of age

Legally authorized to work in the United States

Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduatedegree program

Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation assistancemay be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience/location.
