Software Support Specialist
6 month contract to hire
Irving, TX (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

Implementation of systems:
Provide ongoing technical support, adoption guidance for systems
When required, assist customers to adopt the technologies. This may require one-on-one assistance or campaign/event planning and execution.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by end-users
Generate/escalate support cases to product development teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, IT or Project Management or related fields
Minimum of 2 years work experience leading software implementations, performing small-project management and/or developing and conducting end-user training
Experience with end-user customer support and system administration
Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with field users, product teams and management group
Ability to work and communicate independently; and demonstrated ability to use good judgement
Experience with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
Experience working with development teams and using support ticketing system(s)
Experience selling technology solutions to management and end-users is a plus

Estimated Min Rate: $30.00
Estimated Max Rate: $35.00
