What you’ll achieve
In this position as a Team Lead – Specialty Strategic Alliances and Solution GTM, you will focus on Dell Pro Max and Dell Pro Rugged to identify and develop global business opportunities. Leads strategic initiatives in collaboration with key silicon and ISV partners, aligning with regional tactical needs while driving global strategic investments, program planning, and solution-focused GTM execution. Guides the team to uncover growth opportunities worldwide and enables impactful sales and marketing activities.

- Direct and coach a high-performing, industry-savvy team with a track record of success
- Develop and execute solution-focused go-to-market strategies to accelerate business growth
- Drive strategic partnerships with leading ISVs and silicon partners to expand market impact
- Build operational excellence through robust KPI and ROI tracking aligned with Specialty business goals

Essential Requirements
- 15+ years’ experience in product management or related area
- Strategic and visionary leader with a demonstrated ability to define and drive industry- and product-specific roadmaps, translating vision into actionable plans and leading high-performing teams to successful execution
- Deep expertise in product management, with a comprehensive understanding of the OLP process and a proven ability to embed integrated, solution-focused GTM strategies to support Dell Pro Max and Dell Pro Rugged portfolios
- Established track record of leading transformational initiatives, optimizing complex processes, and implementing KPI and ROI frameworks that drive accountability, operational excellence, and measurable business growth
Desirable Requirements
- MBA preferred
- Team management experience
- Workstation focus Industry / Independent Software Vendor experience preferred
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $205,700 - $266,200.
