As our Patient Registrar, you will be the welcoming face for patients and visitors, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You'll be responsible for processing both inpatient and outpatient admissions, managing registrations with accuracy, and addressing any inquiries or concerns with warmth and professionalism.
This position offers you the chance to interact with a diverse range of individuals while utilizing your organizational skills to handle essential administrative tasks. Plus, you’ll become an integral part of our healthcare journey by confirming insurance eligibility, collecting payments, and ensuring compliance with necessary guidelines.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred;
- Medical Secretary Certificate is preferred, or at least one (1) year of medical office experience.
- Proficiency in computer systems is essential, along with a keen eye for detail.
