As a full-time Patient Registrar in our Medical Clinic, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive outstanding service and support right from their first interaction with us.
In this engaging position, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, performing essential receptionist and patient registration functions. You'll greet patients with a warm smile, assist with their registration, and help them navigate their healthcare journey. Your daily tasks will include confirming appointments, verifying patient information, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring that every patient feels valued and cared for.
Your contributions will not only help streamline clinic operations but also enhance the overall patient experience. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organized, and ready to make a positive impact in our patients' lives!

Monday thru Friday
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma preferred or (GED) general education degree;
- Three (3) plus years of medical office experience to ensure you're prepared for the role;
- Spanish speaking preferred to assist our diverse patient community;
- Must be computer literate, proficient in data entry, and have familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute, and operate office equipment like calculators, faxes, and scanners.
