Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in renewals or recurring revenue models.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
Familiarity with Hexagon's product offerings or comparable technologies is a plus.
