Senior Principal Product Development Manager

What you’ll achieve
As a Product Development Senior Principal, you will get opportunities to manage high-complexity products relating to Dell’s server and client solution business. You will interact and work with multiple Dell stakeholders and Dell customers.
You will:
- Work with Dell’s Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) account teams and customers to define product requirements
- Communicate customer requirements to Dell’s server and client lines of business stakeholders; ensure dependencies and track deliverables
- Lead product planning for Dell’s server and client roadmaps
- Analyze market trends to shape strategy for OEM customers

Essential Requirements
- 12+ years in a product management role or equivalent skill, preferably in the server, storage, client or networking industry
- Extensive experience working with OEM account teams and customers to define product requirements and skilled at communicating customer requirements to internal stakeholders
- Proficiency interacting with custom development teams that support the OEM requirements for customer engagements
- Expert at defining and driving expected volumes for unique OEM platforms and configurations
- Excellent knowledge and application of engineering concepts relating to the Solutions business with exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships across functions
Desirable Requirements
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree in a related field
Compensation
Dell is committed to Fair and Equitable compensation practices. The Base Salary Range for this role is $186,000 to $228,000.
