Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced .Net/C# Developer - Expert (11+ Yrs.) to lead our development team in the creation and maintenance of cutting-edge software applications. This role involves hands-on development, mentoring team members, interfacing with stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Provide hands-on development and mentorship to ensure team and project success.
- Interface with product owners, tech leads, architects, business teams, QA, and operations to deliver software projects on time and within budget.
- Lead the design and implementation of REST-based Web Service API(s) and enterprise-scale web applications.
- Utilize modern UI/UX frameworks such as Angular or React for front-end development.
- Ensure code quality through regular reviews and adherence to development standards.
- Manage technology risks and dependencies, establishing early mitigation plans.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and code review packages.
- Implement and advocate for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Support system integration and release management efforts.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of enterprise technology experience, specifically in application development using C#/.Net.
- Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and developing with UI/UX frameworks.
- Experience with messaging and streaming technologies like RabbitMQ and Kafka.
- Strong database skills with platforms like SQL Server or MongoDB.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, unit testing, and API test automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a self-motivated mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of leading discussions and presenting to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Local to Austin with the ability to commute to the office part-time.
- Experience with modern streaming technologies and public cloud platforms like GCP.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL.
