Core Responsibilities:
● Financial Planning & Analysis:
○ Lead the financial planning cycle, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and variance analysis.
○ Develop financial models to inform decision-making and drive growth strategies.
○ Own P&L controllership and ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
● Strategic Partnership:
○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to shape business priorities and initiatives.
○ Partner with leadership to define growth metrics, evaluate performance, and refine strategies for high-velocity business expansion.
○ Conduct ROI analysis for major customer deals and assess the financial impact of new programs.
● Financial Reporting:
○ Build and automate reporting systems to track financial performance and progress against strategic goals.
○ Prepare and present actionable financial insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
● Process Optimization:
○ Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance financial operations.
○ Establish scalable financial practices to support growth in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Basic Qualifications
● 8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related analytical field.
● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
● Proven track record in financial planning, modeling, and variance analysis.
● Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel and financial modeling tools.
● Experience working in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
● MBA or CPA certification.
● Experience leading finance teams or managing cross-functional initiatives.
● Knowledge of SaaS business models or recruitment technology platforms.
