About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Manager at NinjaOne, you will play a crucial role in driving long-term value and growth within our largest and most strategic accounts. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for key enterprise clients, ensuring they fully realize the value of NinjaOne’s solutions while maximizing opportunities for expansion. Through your deep industry knowledge and consultative approach, you’ll help shape the IT strategy of your accounts, identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and provide the support necessary to ensure product adoption and customer satisfaction.
This role requires an individual who excels in high-level relationship management, solution selling, and customer success, with a proven track record in managing enterprise-level clients.
What You’ll be Doing
Strategic Account Growth: Take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise accounts, focusing on expanding the business through both existing relationships and new opportunities within those accounts.
Customer Success Leadership: Serve as the trusted advisor for executive and technical stakeholders, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and value from NinjaOne’s solutions. Build deep relationships to understand their unique needs and challenges.
Cross-Sell & Up-Sell Strategy: Proactively identify and develop strategic opportunities to grow accounts by recommending additional NinjaOne products and services that meet customer business objectives.
Consultative Selling: Analyze customer requirements to present tailored solutions, leveraging NinjaOne’s full suite of offerings to drive business transformation and improve operational efficiency.
Account Management: Maintain regular communication with enterprise clients, providing updates on new product features, best practices, and ensuring they’re maximizing the value of their current investments.
Forecasting & Reporting: Utilize Salesforce to accurately track customer interactions, opportunities, and forecast revenue. Maintain detailed records and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to strategically position NinjaOne’s solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
About You
Consultative Expertise: You have strong experience in managing enterprise-level accounts, with the ability to provide tailored, consultative solutions that drive customer success and satisfaction.
Proven Track Record: You’ve consistently met or exceeded sales targets within large accounts, and you know how to manage complex sales cycles and strategic negotiations.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Whether with C-suite executives or technical teams, you communicate effectively at all levels. You can break down complex information and inspire confidence in your customers.
Problem Solver: Resilient and calm under pressure, you can guide customers through challenges, resolve escalations, and ensure they stay on track with their goals.
IT Expertise: You have extensive knowledge of IT solutions, especially in remote monitoring and management, and a deep understanding of how technology drives business value.
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred): A formal education or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Strong relationship management and sales experience with enterprise customers.
Ability to align solutions with the long-term strategic goals of enterprise organizations.
Expertise in driving product adoption and maximizing customer value.
Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM best practices.
A collaborative, strategic approach to problem-solving and account growth.
