OverviewThe Business Solutions Manger - Procure to Pay ("PTP") will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the technology for the PTP value stream. This role will focus on establishing and aligning key efficiency metrics to drive business outcomes. The position offers significant responsibility, requiring close collaboration with leaders and stakeholders across the company to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives and successful execution of cross-functional projects.Responsibilities- Serve as a Technical champion for transformation within, driving innovation and ensuring successful outcomes.
- Support end-to-end (E2E) processes and global transformation initiatives for PTP, aligning with business objectives.
- Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, providing relevant information to decision-making at the leadership level.
- Define comprehensive end-to-end technical process requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards for the processes within PTP.
- Oversee process governance within PTP, ensuring effective transformation management and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement across processes and systems.
- Support the roll-out and adoption of implemented initiatives, ensuring smooth integration and buy-in from all relevant parties.
Experience- Expertise across capabilities within PTP and understanding of business and user needs.
- Proven experience implementing and supporting SAP MM, PM, and Manufacturing modules and ancillary systems.
- Understanding of the systems and toolsets relevant to the functional area, including Sourcing, Purchase Documents, Material Management, and Inventory Management, and integration with Plant Maintenance, Manufacturing modules and Warehouse Management tools
- Strong relationships with key business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments for reporting and analytics needs.
- Cross functional expertise regarding integrations to modules such as FICO, SD, PP, MM etc. is required.
- Provide system solutions enabled by SAP S4 HANA for business requirements
- Proven team player with ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to thrive under time-sensitive deadlines, maintaining a calm, solution-focused demeanor when faced with challenges Strong organization skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, prioritizing tasks with many distractions, and managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously to meet challenging deadlines.

- Excellent computer skills with the ability to run reports and complete analysis.Advanced proficiency in MS Office to include Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.
MinimumQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Finance, Accounting, SCM, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience and relevant certifications.
- 10 + years of relevant work experience in consulting, SAP techno-functional support, and/or corporate financial systems roles focusing on SAP MM modules.
Preferred Qualifications:- SAP Certification of other certifications
- Experience with Coupa and integrating with SAP
- Experience with Warehouse Management tools and integrating to SAP
- Sourcing, Supplier Management tools
- Experience with BI tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Experience leading value streams during SAP implementations or providing long-term support for PTP.
- Experience with international operations.
