The ideal candidate must have a pleasant and outgoing personality, be a creative thinker and problem solver, work well under pressure, and have flexibility to work weekends. Must be customer service oriented, have great communication skills, and always maintain a professional image. The primary duties and responsibilities for this position include the following but others can be assigned as needed:
- Contacting and communicating with customers to identify RV needs
- Pursue all avenues to generate sales
- Assist customers through the entire buying experience via telephone or email
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and current clients
- Know our product as well as the competition
- Ability to build value in our product
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and current clients
- Complete daily tasks set forth by upper Management
- Assist the Communications Department as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
- Work closely with our Sales Professionals
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of sales and customer service experience
- Entrepreneurial mind-set, achievement and goal-oriented.
- Share the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Capable of efficient planning and organizing
- Pleasant and professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
- Computer skills - Google Mail, Sheets, Docs, Calendar Internet software and Sys2K (Dealer Management Software) Contact Management systems.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
