The Junior Account Manager is responsible for supporting account management in tandem with and under the guidance of the Senior Account Manager. Junior Account Manager will assist with portfolio contracts, contract personnel and client relationships.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Assists Senior Account Manager, Director of Delivery and Human Resource (HR) Manager with contract and personnel concerns.
Identifies and provides input for strategic improvements.
Assists the Senior Account Manager in maintaining a cadence of communication with customers and partners to ensure client satisfaction and to promote ongoing contract renewal.
Assists with workflow in the processing of candidates through the hiring process; gathering requirements, monitors task suspense, prepares tasking status reports and workload analysis.
Assists with portfolio growth of manpower to include recruiting, hiring, and onboarding contract staff. Assist the Senior Account Manager with effectively communicating with and providing guidance to newly hired staff on first day requirements; where/when to report, what to wear, badge requirements, paperwork completion requirements, triaging first day inquiries, coordinating equipment distribution, etc.
Assists Senior Account Manager with field staff time reporting requirements; to include verifying field staff are appropriately logging hours, collecting field timesheets, reviewing and comparing timesheet for accuracy, engaging with field staff for timesheet corrections and submission.
Responds to service requests, inquiries and concerns promptly and graciously, with a client-centered mentality and appropriate discretion; reporting communications and concerns to the Senior Account Manager.
Communicates issues or client process changes to the Senior Account Manager and Director of Delivery
Assists the Senior Account Manager with maintaining information on their assigned Region. This could span across multiple customer types (e.g. Army, USDA, AF, etc.)
Travels to customer sites as necessary for effective Customer Relationship Management in support of Senior Account Manager.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 0-3 years of experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as exemplary interpersonal relations
- Detail orientated
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
