We are hiring a Dallas Account Executive (Field Sales) to drive new client growth as we expand our network of contractors in the roofing and restoration industry. This position will play a key role in driving business growth by building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients in the field. Your primary focus will be to identify new sales opportunities, present tailored solutions, and close deals while managing a pipeline of prospects. You’ll be responsible for engaging with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and positioning our products or services as the solution.
The best candidates for this role will know how to effectively navigate relationships with owners, finance, accounting, billing, and admin support individuals inside prospect roofing and restoration companies. They are road warriors, self-motivated, results-driven individuals who thrive in a dynamic, on-the-go environment and enjoy working directly with clients. They have strong communication skills, an ability to overcome objections, and a passion for sales.
What you’ll do
- Account Executive: Identify, target, and cultivate relationships with roofing and restoration contractors in Dallas Fort Worth to drive business growth.
- Financial Solution Customization: Work closely with prospective contractors to understand their financial needs and ensure our solutions meet those needs effectively.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, consistently delivering results.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with contractors, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, sales development, and customer support, to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions and services to clients.
- Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management in HubSpot CRM. Provide regular reports on account performance.
Who you are
- You have a proven track record of successful sales experience (5+ years) in Roofing Sales or Roofing Supply Sales.
- You’re willing to travel to Dallas-Fort Worth (Monday-Friday).
- You are proficient in the following software and tools: Hubspot, Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, among others.
- You have knowledge of job management software such as Roofr, AccuLynx, and JobNimbus (preferred).
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Bonus: You have previous experience with fintech solutions and financial services.
