This Project Manager I role is located onsite in El Paso, TX. The Project Manager I oversees all aspects of the project using creation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing processes. The Project Manager I is responsible for coordination and completion of the project and performs a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing progress of the project, and managing risks. The Project Manager I will be responsible for more than one project at a time and will manage small to large size projects. The Project Manager I is responsible for planning projects in order to accomplish their goals or produce the products specified in the scope of the project within constraints such as time, budget and agreed quality standards. The salary for this role is budgeted at $57,000.00
- Bachelor’s Degree Industrial Engineering or Information Systems.
- At leasttwo years of experience in a project management environment.
- PMP Required
- Demonstrated experience managing people and projects.
- Ability to ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to articulate and negotiate consensus.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate team meetings.
