ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaboration with external entities for support, events, opportunities, education, etc.
Designs, implements, and executes plans/programs such as meditation classes, support groups (men's, women's, parents), life skills classes, and other activities to support client needs.
Designs, plans, and implements classes, speakers, seminars, training, and voluntary assessments to promote healthy lifestyles.
Drafts and maintains accurate, confidential records and reports as required to track and assess client participation, program incentives, costs, and benefits to the company.
Provide yoga training, mindfulness training, theta or reiki training, and guide clients through utilization of the equipment in our wellness room.
Demonstrate Exceptional customer service, in Everything you do, by placing the child, family, Veteran or client firstto supportour mission to "Empower people to build better lives for themselves, their families, and their communities."
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Health Education, or related field required.
EXPERIENCE: Experience working with a Military, Veteran, or Law Enforcement population is strongly preferred. Must demonstrate leadership capacity and ability to foster team-building and a supportive, flexible environment.
ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer's sole discretion.
LICENSES: Driver's License with clear record. Strong preferences for National Wellness Institute's Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP) or similar certification.
VEHICLE: Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice.
OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates.
