ROADWAY RESCUES LLC is searching for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for actively engaging with potential customers in their neighborhoods to promote and sell our range of services. Your primary objective will be to build relationships, address customer needs, and encourage them to choose our services for their home or business.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to prospective customers within assigned territories.
- Present and promote our services in an engaging and persuasive manner.
- Educate potential customers about the benefits and value of our offerings.
- Perform needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Gather and report customer feedback to help improve services and sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to strategize outreach efforts and share best practices.
- Prior experience in sales, particularly door-to-door or direct sales, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential customers.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively address customer concerns.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals in a competitive environment.
- Resilience to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working outdoors and traveling within assigned neighborhoods.
- Basic computer skills for tracking sales activities and entering customer information.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in marketing or business is a plus.
