We have a current opening for an IT Professional at our Dallas, TX office.
The IT Professional will aid in providing internal and field support; including all electronic devices, installation of software, hardware, configuring wireless networks, and supporting computer as well as remote infrastructure support.
Success in the position is achieved through the following duties & responsibilities:
Optimize End Users Experience
- Support end users’ via the helpdesk ticketing platform
- Meeting SLA metrics, reporting recommended process improvements, and updating knowledge base articles
- Deploy new hardware and software to employees based on their Titles
- Assist with onboarding of new users to train on IT Security and Policies
- Manage users and equipment in Active Directory, Office365, and other third-party applications via scripts, audits, and/or 3rd party tools
- Regional and remote office infrastructure support
Keeping line of business applications running efficiently
- Identifying, completing, and leading internal IT projects that could improve efficiency and security
- Cross train with IT Management to be backup resource
- Keep back-end servers up to date with latest patches, operating systems, and applications
- Audit systems to verify end users only have access to resources they need
- Keep up to date documentation on architecture, servers, and processes in a knowledgebase
IT Compliance

- High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent, degree in IT or related field a plus
- Certification or ability to acquire, A+ and/or Network+ cert or similar, a plus
- 4+ Years supporting a help desk or related technical support experience
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, can be on repetitive basis
- Proficient with latest version of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
- Active Directory, Windows Servers 2012/2016/2022 and Office365 experience
- iOS devices, MDT, and FreshService experience a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain strong communications sills, and sustain high levels of confidentiality
