About OptiSigns
OptiSigns is a Houston-based B2B SaaS company that helps more than 22,000 organizations engage customers and employees through intuitive digital-screen solutions. We believe great software should feel effortless—even to non-technical users—and that thoughtful design is as critical as solid engineering. We’re extending that mindset to OptiSigns University, a video-first learning hub that makes every feature click for our users.
Why this role exists
Our customers learn visually. We need a creative storyteller who can turn complex workflows into clear, binge-worthy videos that educate, delight, and drive adoption. If you love geeking out on tech, can break things down like a favorite teacher, and enjoy owning the full content-creation stack—from script to final upload—this is your stage.

- • Maintain our brand voice, visual style, and accessibility (captions, color contrast, descriptive voice-overs).
10 % – Publish, optimize & engage
- • Upload to YouTube, the learning center, and in-app surfaces; craft click-worthy titles, thumbnails, and descriptions.
- • Use YouTube Studio & GA4 to track watch-time, retention, and CTA performance—then iterate.

- • Partner with product, marketing, and support to stay ahead of upcoming launches and top support tickets.
