As a Senior UX Designer at Denim Health, you will…
Be responsible for crafting user experiences that span AI powered web applications and conversational AI applications. You will lead design efforts from research and ideation to implementation and iteration, ensuring our products deliver value and delight users. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
User-Centered Design:
Lead the end-to-end design process for our web applications that stand-alone and work in-consort with our conversational AI product.
Rapidly create interactive prototypes/demos for product ideation & user testing.
Support existing design work for our conversational ai product. Primarily focused on voice.
Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in AI.
Research & Testing:
Conduct customer & user research (desk research, interviews, and usability testing) and use that to improve current products & build awesome new ones.
Leverage data to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
Leadership & Teamwork
Be the champion of the user & SME on all things related to user experience.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape product roadmap.
Collaborate with teammates to create product demos & value proposition documents to help win new customers.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with a focus on rapid ideation.
Strong portfolio showcasing successful & delightful applications.
Experience with rapid prototyping for ideation & user testing.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Knowledge of conversational design principles and emerging AI technologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions, particularly with C-suite executives.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced, agile environment.
Experience working in the Healthcare space.
