Job Summary:
As a Licensed Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues in occupied residential properties. This includes tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, replacing fixtures, and more. You will be provided with a daily schedule of appointments by our dispatcher and will be expected to complete plumbing repairs efficiently and professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, repairing or replacing pipes, clearing clogged drains, and installing fixtures
• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues in occupied residential properties
• Complete plumbing tasks based on the daily schedule provided by the dispatcher
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition
• Communicate directly with tenants to confirm job details and schedule, when necessary
• Adhere to all safety protocols and local plumbing codes to ensure the highest quality of work
• Document all completed work and report any issues or concerns to management
• Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor while working in occupied properties
• Perform routine plumbing maintenance as requested by clients
Qualifications:
• Valid plumbing license required (Journeyman or Master Plumber)
• Must have own tools and reliable transportation
• At least 3 years of experience in residential plumbing or a related field
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks according to the assigned schedule
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
• Self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to pass a background check
• A valid driver’s license
