Staff Attorney I
Provides legal counsel and advice to the corporation and its subsidiaries Ensures their effective operation in accordance with federal, state and local laws. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Juris doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school and admission to the bar.
Minimum Experience
Two (2) years experience and demonstrated competency relevant to area of legal specialization. Superior academic record.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent research and writing skills. Strong negotiation, human relations and communication skills.
Staff Attorney II

Essential Functions
Minimum Education
Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA Accredited law school and admission to the bar or equivalent in jurisdiction outside the U.S., and eligible for Florida Authorized House Counsel.
Minimum Experience
Four (4) years of experience and demonstrated competency in relevant area of law specialization.

Superior academic record. Excellent research and writing skills. Strong negotiation, human relations, and communication skills.
Sr Attorney
Provides legal counsel and advice to the corporation and its subsidiaries. Ensures their effective operation in accordance with federal, state and local laws.

Six (6) years of experience and demonstrated competence as a practicing attorney in a relevant area of law.

Ability to determine appropriateness of settlement or litigation. Excellent research and writing skills. Strong negotiation, human relations and communications skills.
Sr Counsel
Provides legal counsel and advice to the corporation and its subsidiaries to ensure their effective operation in accordance with federal, state and local Laws.

Minimum Education
Juris doctorate degree and admission to the bar.
Minimum Experience
Ten (10) years experience as an attorney with at least three (3) years experience in job specific area of law required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong negotiation, human relations and communications skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Preferred candidate will have in-house or firm experience in negotiation of complex procurement agreements as well as strong project management and communication skills. This includes a history of successfully leading projects in coordination with sourcing, procurement, marketing, advertising, healthcare, security, compliance, operations or similar business teams.
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. Additional Details: This is a hybrid position located in Pittsburgh, Dallas, or Memphis.
