UPI Builders is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions related to our construction services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to reach our revenue goals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary duties will involve conducting market research, making outbound calls, and following up with leads. Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of UPI Builders' services, pricing, and promotional offerings.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and trade shows.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
- Document and maintain records of all sales activities in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales leads and conversion targets.
- Proven experience in inside sales or a relevant sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
