DATAMARK, Inc. invites applications for the position of Director of Finance & Accounting. We are a prominent provider of business process outsourcing solutions, dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational operations worldwide. The Director of Finance & Accounting is a pivotal role, responsible for overseeing and managing the comprehensive financial and accounting operations of the company.
The incumbent will be entrusted with the responsibility of leading the Corporate Accounting Office, with oversight extending to our operations in the U.S., Mexico, and India. This role entails the formulation and implementation of robust financial strategies, policies, procedures, budgets, controls, and reporting systems, all aimed at maintaining the financial integrity and promoting the growth of the organization. The Director will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of all financial reports to relevant departments and stakeholders on a monthly basis. The salary for this role is budgeted at $150,000.00 annually, plus bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facets of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support executive-level decision-making.
- Continuously monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and executing corrective actions as needed.
- Manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Guarantee compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and modifications in accounting standards; adapt procedures accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline; an MBA or CPA is preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the accounting and finance sector, including at least 7 years of experience in a managerial capacity, ideally as the Head of Accounting & Finance or a comparable role.
- Extensive knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical processes.
- Demonstrated experience in financial reporting and adherence to regulatory compliance.
