We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Specialist to join our team at AERONES. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and programs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and promote a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HSE regulations and experience in a technical or industrial field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company and regulatory safety standards.
- Develop training programs and safety resources to educate employees on HSE practices and procedures.
- Investigate incidents to determine root causes and develop corrective action plans.
- Maintain and update HSE documentation and record-keeping.
- Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HSE matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within a technical or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Certifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are a plus.
