Key Responsibilities
General Duties:
- Support Owners Reps and Project Controls staff as directed by Program Managers.
- Liaise with GC's cost controller and site PM to set up and maintain Physical Capacity Optimization (PCO) logs and processes.
- Review contractor's PCO logs and assess requirements for contractor review.
- Attend weekly meetings and verify dashboard updates.
- Update project controls data center capital cost benchmarks.
- Ensure proper funding source allocation and LON process compliance.
Onboarding Coordination:
- Monitor onboarding data collection in Smart Track.
- Administer Hyperscalers-required onboarding documentation.
- Track onboarding progress and issue Day One reporting instructions.
Change Order Processing:
- Validate costs including labor rates, productivity, and material quotes.
- Ensure adherence to contractual terms and schedule validation.
- Identify and evaluate alternatives.
Cost Reporting and Forecasting:
- Support cost reporting, budget management, and project change tracking.
- Coordinate with external estimating resources and prepare quarterly accrual estimates.
- Collaborate with scheduling team for accurate project schedule estimates.
- Generate slide presentations for cost forecasting and process.
- Provide support for cost meetings and other related requests.
Other Responsibilities:
- Prepare bid/tender and contract documents with architects and/or hyperscalers.
- Conduct cost analysis for repair and maintenance projects.
- Advise on procurement strategy and risk management.
- Allocate work to subcontractors and provide contractual advice.
- Write detailed progress reports and approve payment requests.
- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
