DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking a knowledgeable and driven Business Engineering Manager to oversee our Business Engineering team. This position is responsible for managing and leading process improvement initiatives, ensuring that innovative and efficient solutions are delivered to our clients. The Business Engineering Manager will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to define business requirements, analyze current processes, and implement effective strategies that enhance operational performance.
In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring Business Engineers, fostering an environment of continuous improvement. You will direct project teams, monitor project progress, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. This position requires exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of process engineering methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline or closely related field
- Minimum of 5 years of client interface experience required (EX: technical sales, consulting, product management, client management, or business development)
- At least 5 years of experience in process re-design or re-engineering for maximizing quality and efficiency
- At least 7 years of experience in a business engineer, or similar, position
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or equivalent work experience
- High proficiency in creating process workflows and maps, as well as documenting business requirements
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
