What you will do:
* Assist in developing and coordinating security strategies that align with Ericsson's cross-business areas and product units
* Analyze and compile security-related data to support Ericsson's business areas in making informed decisions, ensuring comprehensive security across products and customer solutions.
* Participate in key security projects, contributing to Ericsson's initiatives on emerging technologies such as AI/ML, Cloud RAN, and 5G security solutions.
* Build professional abilities through apprenticeship, e.g., problem structuring, chart design, project planning and -management, multi-functional collaboration
* Acquire key insights related to telecom and its current and future impact on society
The skills you bring:
* Solid academic track record in pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering and/or Mathematics, or similar
* Strong analytical skills in evaluating security data and presenting key insights, coupled with a structured problem-solving approach honed through academic and project work.
* Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving security strategies and working within multi-faceted environments to ensure alignment of security efforts.
* Experience in handling complex security topics and the ability to contribute effectively to high-priority security initiatives across different product areas
* Solid foundation in security principles through academic coursework in engineering and computer science, with a focus on areas like cybersecurity, data protection, and secure network design, ensuring readiness to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world security challenges.
