- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a focus on UI/UX design in a B2B SaaS environment.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience working in agile development teams and an understanding of agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for the user experience.
- Experience with compliance and/or environmental testing is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work, with a focus on product design for B2B SaaS.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting with constant sitting and occasional standing.
