Job Description
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for performing research and analysis to support business operations. Elicits, documents, develops and tracks business and functional requirements to solve intermediate level business problems through enabling technology and/or improved business processes. Work completed would be focused on a specific business unit, process, or other focused solution context (domain) but may also involve working with technical partners to communicate business requirements.
Elicit, document and track requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information, and information systems for intermediate level business problems.
Develop and elicit requirements for departmental and some corporate projects as requested by internal/external customers; prepare business and functional requirements.
Communicate and validaterequirements with stakeholders and identifiedSMEs.
Collaborate with project teams to adhere to solution scope and maintainrequirements traceability.
Support and execute business readiness activities including the communication plan to support changes to technology, processesand people.
Develop new procedures, specifications for system changes or recommendations for product and/or process changes. Facilitate the implementation of changes with management and staff.
Design customer feedback mechanisms to gather ongoing information about business processes. Analyze results and createsplans to address weaknesses.
Develop and maintainreporting tools for use in measuring business area performance against metrics/industry benchmarks and ensuring data integrity and systems stability in support of operations management.
Utilize the CRM tool (Salesforce) to organize, analyze and report on lead generation metrics and performance, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
Provide timely and accurate access to data, distribute reports and present/explain results to business area supported as well as to other BCBSNC areas.
Utilize multiple systems to monitorleads, lead performance reporting, sales and issue escalations for Medicare, Core Medicare Advantage, and DSNP.
Generate reports and dashboards on lead generation activities and outcomes.
Perform peer reviews of less experienced analysts' work as needed.
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
3+ years of experience in related field.
In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field

$55,800.00 - $89,300.00
