Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in training instruction, curriculum development, and instructional design.

Proven track record in designing and delivering training for IT systems, software applications, security procedures, installation, maintenance, and support.

Experience working with web-based learning platforms and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Adobe Presenter).

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Demonstrated flexibility and aptitude for teaching a wide variety of software products.

Experience developing and delivering cloud-based technology training is a plus.

Understanding of EIR Accessibility and communication protocols for users requiring assistive technologies.

5+ years of experience developing and delivering training for IT applications or systems.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills across diverse user groups.
