Steadily is an insurtech that specializes in rental property insurance for landlords. We're 3 years old, 150 people, manage $12B in risk, and are on the way to becoming the biggest and best insurer of rental properties in the US.

We exist to deliver fast, affordable insurance and to pay claims quickly and fairly. To do that, we hire the best for each role to build the experience that we'd want if we were a client.

We’re hiring our second Product Manager to design and build products that our clients love. This role reports to the CEO.

What You’ll Do:

Immerse yourself in our customer persona to find friction anywhere in the journey from initial click to policy signing to claim paid, and fix it.
Embrace UI design and iterate until you've arrived at a magical solution that delights our customers. Figma is our tool of choice.
Analyze customer retention, lifetime value, and customer acquisition cost to identify low-hanging fruit where we can improve the product.
Figure out how to shorten the handle time for support cases and leads, so customers get answers in seconds instead of minutes or hours.
There are far more interesting things to work on then you’ll have time to tackle, so you’ll pick your battles and decide what’s most important?

What You’ll Bring:

Experienced: 4+ years in software product management.
Builder: You have a builder’s mindset and take ideas from inception to launch over and over. You have a bias towards action.
Digital: Your tech savvy is exceptional. You can't necessarily code, but you've read enough code to diagnose a logic bug.
Designer: You've spent a lot of time in Figma with wireframes and mockups so you have a strong design sense for good UI and UX.
Hungry: You want to make the leap into a high-growth tech startup to rapidly accelerate your career.

Compensation:

Total compensation of at least $180K
At least $150K base salary
