Role:

As an Implementation Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact to distributors during the onboarding process, ensuring successful project implementation, delivery, and best-in-class support to clients.
Project management: Lead kickoffs and onboarding of new accounts from when they are signed all the way through launch. Serve as the primary contact for the customer and in charge of regular check-ins to ensure overall project alignment: technical requirements + allocating resources + hitting timeline milestones.
Stakeholder engagement & management: Build relationships with key advocates at the customer level to ensure alignment of all parties (ownership, management, IT, sales reps).
Product training & launch: Lead & host kickoff training sessions with sales reps to help drive engagement with emphasis on the value propositions of the Pepper product. Build rapport & trust.
Process improvements: Map out and implement iterative improvements for onboarding and customer growth processes.

Must Haves:

2+ years experience in a results-focused and customer facing professional environment (e.g., early-stage startup, high-growth tech company).
Track record of structuring, owning, and leading business critical initiatives with excellent attention to detail.
Experience exceeding business goals in a customer focused environment, with an emphasis on timeliness and organization.
Bias to action and enthusiasm for finding creative solutions to difficult problems
Excellent project management and written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative mindset plus a willingness to roll up your sleeves and dig into the tactical alongside the strategic.
